What are the responsibilities and job description for the Life Enrichment - Assisted Living Community position at CiminoCare?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team at CiminoCare's Citrus Heights Terrace location as a Life Enrichment team member.
CiminoCare is a family-owned assisted living and memory care community that is committed to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. As a Life Enrichment team member, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our seniors by implementing engaging activities and programs.
As a Life Enrichment team member you will have the opportunity to:
Assist residents with daily recreational activities, including crafts, games, music, and exercise and encourage participation.
Attend periodic staff meetings and in-service training and mandatory meetings as required.
Observe Resident's Rights, as posted within the facility.
In Emergency situations, assist residents according to the Emergency Plan of the facility.
Assist with First Aid as directed.
Maintain a cooperative and cheerful attitude when relating to residents or their guests.
