Here's what a typical night on the job looks like:
Charting: Begin your shift by reviewing and updating resident charts. Accurate documentation is key to ensuring consistent and high-quality care.
Medication Management: Assist residents with their evening and early morning medication routines, ensuring each resident takes the correct medications at the right times.
Direct Care: Provide hands-on care, such as helping residents with bathing, dressing, and mobility. Your compassionate support will help residents feel comfortable and safe throughout the night.
Supervision: Oversee the caregivers on duty, offering guidance and support to ensure that all residents receive the best care possible. Your leadership helps maintain a smooth and efficient operation during the night shift.
Qualifications:
- (Preferred )Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Previous experience in an assisted living or similar environment preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
