You'll be part of our Production team performing, defining, and providing instruction for set-up, adjustment, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and operation of complex assembly equipment and existing manufacturing processes.
Are You Looking to
- Operate high precision machines performing required operations
- Instruct personnel in the proper set up procedures
- Troubleshoot, repair and perform preventative maintenance
- Work in a team environment embedded in lean manufacturing methodology
Are You Ready to
- Meet or exceed production output requirements
- Work from verbal and written instructions (English), work instructions, prints, and diagrams.
- Apply knowledge of manufacturing methods, materials, processes and skills
What You'll Need
- High school diploma, GED or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Good manual dexterity required to work with small parts
- 3 years of experience performing set ups or training preferred
- Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
