What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Programmer / Machinist position at Cinch Connectors, Inc.?
Continue your journey as a CNC Programmer/Machinist at Cinch Connectivity Solutions. You'll be part of our Machine Shop performing set-ups, modifying and creating programs, and operating various types of machines. You will ensure programs are under strict revision control and provide input to Engineering and Management staff on process, tooling, and equipment issues to produce high-quality products. Our team is proud of their contributions, making high tech products for key industries like aerospace and defense.
Are You Looking to
- Use 2D and 3D computer aided design and manufacturing software (CAD/CAM) to develop CNC programs for all incoming components to ensure that completed parts conform to print and/or process specifications.
- Resolve and participate in solution of issues related to part design, process, and documentation, machine, and quality problems.
- Control all programs in the system from a revision control perspective.
Are You Ready to
- Work with IT personnel on the network system for programs including an effective back-up and contingency plan.
- Develop and perform complex set-ups on multiple machine tool types ensuring that the completed components conform to print and specification.
- Participate in the development of new processes and assist in the evaluation new equipment and tooling.
What You'll Need
- AAS degree or Diploma in Computer Integrated Manufacturing or related discipline
- 4 plus years relevant experience in a Machining environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
