Position Overview:
As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for enhancing our online presence through web design, optimizing our SEO strategy, managing social media channels, and creating engaging graphic content. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong blend of technical and creative skills to manage our digital assets and drive results for our franchise partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Web Design & Development: Design and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites that align with our brand and franchise needs.
- SEO Optimization: Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings, increase website traffic, and drive organic growth across multiple franchise locations.
- Graphic Design: Produce high-quality visual assets, including infographics, banners, social media posts, and promotional materials that enhance our digital marketing efforts.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics for SEO, social media, and web traffic, and recommend improvements.
- Bonus Points* If you have experience (and or interest) in Social Media Management: Create, curate, and manage published content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to boost engagement and visibility.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in web design and front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz).
- Experience in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Experience in CMS platforms such as WordPress or other website builders.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
