Cinch is a marketing automation and customer data platform designed for multi-location / multi-unit local businesses and franchises. We help businesses scale by personalizing marketing at the local level, consolidating data into a single platform, and driving customer retention and revenue.


As we expand into the franchise and multi-location market, we are looking for an experienced Director of Demand Generation with a track record of success to turn strategy into pipeline. This role will be responsible for developing and executing demand generation programs that drive measurable revenue impact. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in ABM, performance marketing, and full-funnel demand generation, and is able to demonstrate a history of driving marketing-sourced pipeline.

Responsibilities


Demand Generation Strategy and Execution

  • Develop a structured, repeatable demand generation process that aligns with company positioning and growth strategy
  • Identify the most effective channels, campaigns, and motions to drive predictable pipeline growth
  • Ensure marketing and sales efforts are aligned on lead quality and pipeline health
  • Oversee ABM execution, ensuring that target lists are activated with highly personalized, multi-channel engagement
  • Build and refine multi-touch attribution models to measure the impact of demand generation efforts


Pipeline and Revenue Accountability

  • Own marketing-sourced pipeline and collaborate with sales on marketing-influenced pipeline
  • Define and optimize the MQL to Sales Qualified Opportunity process, ensuring alignment between marketing and sales
  • Establish key performance indicators for lead quality, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and sales engagement


Campaign Development and Optimization

  • Own the full demand generation funnel, from first touch to sales qualified pipeline
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders on campaign performance and content-driven demand plays
  • Oversee paid media efforts, ensuring all programs are optimized for pipeline impact
  • Test and optimize new channels that align with franchise and multi-location business needs


ABM Execution

  • Lead targeted ABM programs using franchise and local business audience insights and data
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align demand generation efforts with outreach sequences
  • Ensure retargeting, nurture, and cross-channel engagement strategies are integrated across the funnel


Sales Collaboration and Marketing Enablement

  • Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and customer success teams
  • Provide AEs and BDRs with lead intelligence, relevant content, and outreach support
  • Translate high-level positioning and messaging into actionable demand generation programs
Requirements
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in demand generation, ABM, pipeline marketing, or performance marketing in B2B SaaS
  • Proven ability to drive marketing-sourced revenue through full-funnel demand generation strategies
  • Strong background in ABM execution, pipeline acceleration, and attribution modeling
  • Experience working closely with sales teams to align on lead flow and conversion strategies
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in HubSpot, marketing automation, paid media, and retargeting platforms
  • Experience marketing to franchise or multi-location businesses is a plus
