What are the responsibilities and job description for the Product Support Specialist position at Cincinnati Association For The Blind?
Job Summary:
Primary point of contact for receiving, confirming, and following the status of orders to best assist customers. Work closely with CABVIs team of product managers and production to meet and exceed customer expectations. Assist the Product Manager department by supporting day-to-day operations and growth of a variety of product lines. Ensure processes run smoothly and product line information is organized in a clear and concise format.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers regarding individual orders, including receiving and following up on status inquires. Assure customers receive excellent service in gaining access to requested products in a timely manner.
Reviews incoming customer orders to ensure accuracy of product, price, quantity, lead time, and terms and conditions. Works with customers to rectify incorrect orders.
Consistently and accurately maintains records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions.

Receive customer orders, verifying order requirements, and entering them into ERP.
Place orders for standardized raw materials (purchasing) such as corrugate, stretch wrap, fill, and cores, sources other support items necessary for production.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in business or a related field preferred or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of related experience.
