- Best candidate would be a new college graduate who exhibits excellent organization and communication skills or someone with previous internship experience
- Must be able to attend all training camp dates, home games, including preseason, regular season & post-season
- Required to work several partnership events/activations outside of gamedays
Responsibilities
- Training Camp
- Set up/tear down of VIP partner area / partner activations
- Assist in sending invitations to training camp and organize RSVPs
- Check-in and fulfillment of VIP and Friends & Family guest list
- Monitor VIP and F&F activations and ensure guests are accommodated
- Assist with facilitating autograph session following practice
- Assist with Partner Signing Day and Back Together Saturday
- Other sponsorship and marketing set up as required by manager
- Suite Service Support (Football/Concerts)
- MKT Suite: game day preparation for suite, including adding headshots, sending tickets, emailing recaps of attendees and next steps to close business per feedback from sales team
- Research assistance, including but not limited to researching prospective suite clients
- SRO ticket payment collection
- Assist in preseason orientation materials for game day staff
- Assist in sales preparations including, but not limited to editing components of proposals and sales decks using Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop and/or PowerPoint
- Ability to create graphs/charts to help depict research or metrics a plus
- Aid staff with follow-up to all phone, mail, email and referral inquiries
- Update and prepare new ticket training guides, stadium maps, suite handbooks, etc.
- Assist suite holders during concerts and game days when necessary to ensure they receive the best experience; coordination with other internal teams as necessary
- CRM Fulfillment
- Database management (Kore & Activate) assistance as requested such as maintaining client information, notes, service records, cases and gifting
- Hospitality/Events
- Day-to-day collaboration with staff to plan and execute suite partner events (including, but not limited to, suite partner season kick-off, training camp VIP tent, stadium events, Draft party, Back Together Weekend, etc.)
- Assist in the procurement & distribution of suite partner gifts
- Manage Training Camp VIP invite list
- Appear as Who Dey (mascot) from time to time as requested
- Game Week
- Assist with organization of hospitality & gameday-related assets
- Prepare promotional materials for suite inserts
- Prepare security credentials and lanyards
- Prepare suites for game day (facilities checks, gifting drops, etc.)
- Game Day
- Ensure suites are game day ready (clean, gifts and suite inserts are properly placed and all findings during the week’s inspection have been addressed)
- Escort Bengals Legend through suites at halftime
- Set up/tear down of VIP Overlooks
- Escort Ben-Gals and Who Dey to suites, when applicable
- Assist with pregame sideline access check-in and credential distribution
- Assist with post-game field access
