POSITION SUMMARY
The Project manager will oversee and coordinate the clients' accounts once the jobs are sold, by working with our company software and maintaining excellent communication between all departments and our clients. Duties will include ordering, scheduling, Customer Follow-UP, managing communication on customer profiles in our company software, and communicating with all suppliers, regarding delivery updates, and new orders. To be successful in this role, you will need to have Project manager experience, an understanding of operations, and demonstrate superb organizational skills.

OBJECTIVES
- Coordinate cabinet, countertops, floor, tile, and appliance measurements with the scheduling department
- Follow up with customers on final design confirmation
- Communicate with the supplier on placing the orders
- Update customers on cabinet, countertop, tile, and floor delivery
- Develop detailed project plans outlining the scope, timelines, resources, and milestones
- Create realistic schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Ensure the team has the necessary tools and materials to complete the job efficiently.
- Monitor risks throughout the project and adjust plans as necessary to address any issues that arise.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication to ensure everyone is informed about project progress, changes, and issues.
- Ensure client requirements and expectations are understood and met.
- Address any client concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.
- Deliver the project to the client's satisfaction, ensuring it meets their specifications and quality standards.
- Lead and motivate the project team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Quickly address and resolve any issues or obstacles that arise during the project.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- GED or high school diploma preferred administrative roles
- Remodeling/ Construction experience is a plus.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to spend prolonged periods of time standing, speaking, walking, and/or sitting
