Expected Starting Salary Range:
$21.00 - $24.05

Location/Unit: Burnet Campus - Specialty Resource Unit

Shift/Hours/FTE: Nights - 24 hrs weekly - 0.6 FTE

Working as a Behavioral Health Specialist (BHS) at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, you will enjoy:

  • Embracing relationship-based care while engaging with patients and families
  • Working in a milieu setting for the management of patients and families to provide direct care in collaboration with the inter-disciplinary team and to bring the best care to the patient
  • A state-of-the-art mental health facility that opened in October 2023!
  • Implementing individualized patient care plans, which may include completing behavioral assessments
  • Leading and co-leading Psychiatric Educational groups ensuring therapeutic outcomes

Qualifications:

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent AND 2 years of work experience in a related job discipline OR

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
