- Psychosocial Interventions: Deliver evidence-based treatment, education, and crisis interventions, primarily targeting anxiety but adaptable to other mental health concerns.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Advocate for patient needs, facilitate communication, and promote patient/family well-being.
- Required:
- Master’s Degree in a clinical counseling program with LPCC licensure or Master’s Degree in Social Work with LISW licensure.
- 2-5 years of professional experience with training in brief, evidence-based treatments and crisis intervention.
- Lifelong learner dedicated to continuing education and training.
- Preferred:
- Experience with youth and families for a range of mental health concerns, particularly anxiety.
- Psychosocial Knowledge: Expertise in providing psychosocial services to pediatric patients and families.
- Diversity Appreciation: Respect and appreciation for the uniqueness of all individuals.
- Professional Demeanor: Independent work initiative, sound judgment, and professional demeanor.
- Problem Solving: Ability to independently resolve issues to achieve positive outcomes.
