We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Commission-Based Sales Representative to join our team and help us grow our customer base.
Job Overview:
As a Commission-Based Concrete Sales Representative, you will be responsible for assisting with concrete solutions for residential properties. This role is commission-based, meaning your income will be directly tied to the sales you make. Reach out for more details!
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Consultations: Understand customer needs, provide product recommendations, and create customized solutions to ensure their concrete requirements are met.
- Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Present our concrete products and services to clients, ethically negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales.
- Quote Creation: Develop and provide accurate quotes to customers, ensuring all specifications, pricing, and delivery details are covered.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Market Research: Keep up with trends in the concrete industry and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
- Reporting: Track your sales activity and provide regular reports to management on performance and goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in construction, building materials, or a related field.
- Knowledge of concrete products and their uses is a plus, but not required (training will be provided).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Reliable, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
