ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Maintenance Support:
o Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as painting, light bulb replacement, and minor plumbing
repairs.
o Assist with routine inspections of the facility to identify potential issues.
o Use work order system maintenance software to log and track maintenance tasks, ensuring timely
completion.
• Facility Setup and Operations:
o Assist with the setup and breakdown of furniture and equipment for events or meetings.
o Monitor and restock facility supplies, including restroom and kitchen essentials.
• Deliveries and Errands:
o Transport supplies, materials, or equipment between locations as directed.
o Ensure proper handling and delivery of items to maintain their condition and security.
o Maintain accurate records of deliveries and receipts as required.
• Vehicle Maintenance Assistance:
o Perform routine checks on organizational vehicles, such as monitoring oil levels, tire pressure,
and cleanliness.
o Coordinate vehicle service appointments and maintenance schedules with vendors as directed.
o Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Safety and Compliance:
o Follow safety procedures and report any hazards or unsafe conditions to the Facilities Manager.
o Ensure compliance with organizational policies and maintenance standards.
• General Assistance:
o Support operational needs as directed, including minor logistical tasks or emergency maintenance.
o Collaborate with other staff and external vendors to ensure seamless operations.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Required Education, Skills and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Basic knowledge of general maintenance tasks (e.g., using hand tools, painting, basic
repairs)
• Experience with work order system maintenance software (e.g., CMMS or similar)
