Position Summary & Purpose: To provide financial, clerical and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate payment of accounts in accordance with policies, principles and procedures established by the company.Duties & Responsibilities:
- Record all cash receipts
- Record all credit and debit memos, including credits based on Customer return of goods.
- Process invoices for mailing
- Maintain sales tax rates/exemptions
- Respond to all Accounts Receivable inquiries within 24 hours
- Prepare documents to support distributor commission payments
- Assist with audit information as necessary
Qualifications:
- Must possess strong data entry skills
- Must be able to work under deadlines
- Strong understanding of receivables processed to assist in achieving days sales outstanding goals
- Strong customer orientation
- Adopt and promote lean practices in all activities, considering the elimination of wasteful resources for any goal other than the creation of value for the end customer
