Position Summary and Purpose: We are looking for an experienced C# developer to build .NET applications for sale into our customer base. In this role, you will design, write, and maintain C# code for our next generation products. Be a contributor in our design and planning sessions as well as formulate development approaches for assigned coding tasks. The strongest candidates will have an excellent grasp of C# and the .NET framework, strong coding abilities, and enjoy problem-solving daily.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Physical Demands: The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, use hands, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk, hear, taste, smell. - Develop C# .NET applications for sale into our customer base
- Debugging and maintaining written code
- Reporting and resolving issues related to C# .NET product development
- Identifying and handling technical issues
- Working on a project team with other developers
- Reporting on project status to senior team members
- Participating in project meetings with other team members and team management
- Bachelor’s degree in computer programming, computer science, or information technology or equivalent years of experience
- 2 years of C# software development experience
- Microsoft Professional Developer certification
- Azure platform experience
- Azure development experience
- C and/or C development experience
- SQL development experience
- SQL Server administration experience
- Unity development experience
- C#; .NET 3.5 (or higher); and Microsoft Visual Studio certification or experience
- Ability to write clean, easy-to-understand code
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and complete projects with minimal supervision
- Sound understanding of coding and development processes
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Knowledge of other coding languages (C, C , PHP, Java, etc.)
- Hive product management tool experience
- CAD/CAM software knowledge
- Nesting knowledge / experience
