Construction Operations Lead

Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Construction Lead. In this role, you will assist in various construction projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely. This position requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks, including framing, drywall installation, and finishing work.
• Prepare job sites by cleaning and organizing materials and tools.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and transport them to designated areas on-site.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools as needed under supervision.
• Perform general maintenance tasks such as cleaning up debris and ensuring the job site is tidy at the end of each day.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project goals are met on time.

Skills

• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Basic knowledge of construction practices and tools is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team environment.
• Good communication skills to interact with coworkers and supervisors effectively.
• Attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship in all tasks performed.
• Familiarity with safety protocols in a construction setting is a plus.
• Project lead should have a truck for loading of supplies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Construction: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
