What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist PRN (Weekdays 4p-8p, Weekends 10a-6p) position at Cincinnati Rehabilitation Hospital?
Position Summary:
The Receptionist receives incoming hospital calls and walk-in visitors and directs them as appropriate. This person also provides clerical support to other Departments, as directed.
Pay: Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.
Schedule: Weekdays 4p-8p and Weekends 10a-6p
Minimum Qualifications:
- Data entry and working knowledge of inpatient rehab
Desired Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of healthcare experience
Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Detail-oriented, able to meet strict time frames
