We are looking for candidates to become Retail Energy Consultants. In this position you will be the first point of contact and introduce customers to the initial sales process.
Duties
- Engage with potential customers to assess their energy needs and provide tailored solar solutions.
- Conduct thorough presentations on solar products and services, highlighting their benefits and features.
- Utilize software tools, including our apps, to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
- Provide ongoing support to customers throughout the installation process and beyond, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies and improve overall performance.
- Participate in community outreach programs to promote solar energy awareness.
- Demonstrate Excellent negotiation skills with a strong understanding of market dynamics related to solar energy solutions.

Pay: $58,300.00 - $245,350.00 per year
