Airport Ramp Agent Position Overview: Cincinnati State seeks a part-time Airport Ramp Agent to provide customer service and perform line technician duties. This role involves maintaining accurate records of airport activities, including maintenance needs of airport buildings and surrounding areas.

- Greet, park, tow, move, and marshal aircraft in the ramp area.
- Assist with wing-walking duties as required.
- Monitor air-to-ground ratios.
- Help customers with hangar or tie-down parking arrangements.
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as lubricating hangar doors and replacing runway lights.
- Monitor runway, environmental, and weather conditions affecting air traffic and piloting needs.
- Clear snow from walkways and ramp areas.
- Support flight school customers, including scheduling aircraft use.
- Clean and maintain the ramp, building, and customer areas, including restrooms.
- Dispense and oversee fuel dispensing (if handled by owners).
- Conduct fuel quality tests as assigned.
- Process sales invoices and track monies due or exchanged.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
- Inspect oil levels and clean windscreens on customer aircraft as requested.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Lift 50 pounds.
- Work flexible schedules based on airport business needs.
- Maintain fuel servicing certification after completing training.
- Climb a 6-foot step ladder while carrying a fuel hose with one hand.
- Experience working around aircraft and airports.
- Familiarity with Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, Excel).
