Semester : Spring 2025

Position Summary and Purpose : Work with our finance team and Accounting Manager to help in the preparation, analysis and communication of vital financial information and business metrics.

Duties and Responsibilities :

ESSENTIAL :

• Accounts Payable

Process invoices in a timely and accurate manner

Assist Collections Specialist with reviewing and calling on past due balances

Prepare Monthly Journal Entries as assigned and enter
