Semester : Summer 2025
Position Summary & Purpose : The Software Engineering / Computer Science Co-op develops, maintains, and tests control and support software for all product lines.
Duties & Responsibilities :
Create software products to support new product designs
Maintain and update existing software products
Create clear and accurate documentation of software revisions and procedures
Serve as technical support for manufacturing and service
Provide technical information for the creation of user manuals
Qualifications :
Pursuing a degree in Computer Science or Electrical, Computer, or Software Engineering
One or more software programming classes completed
Must be able to solve challenging software problems
Must have basic knowledge of at least one programming language.
Must be creative, energetic and enthusiastic
Must be able to successfully design simple software applications as well as modify / maintain existing software
C# knowledge / experience is a requirement
Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio is a plus
Successful completion of medium-size software-focused project (individually or part of a team) is a plus
