Cinco is a cross-disciplinary studio of designers, prototypers, tastemakers, system thinkers, and storytellers who work fluidly across programs and industry verticals. We deliver creative intelligence, innovation, and impact across brand ecosystems, shaping the future for our client partners.

This is where you come in. As an Art Director, you bring at least 7 years of experience and a proven ability to deliver. You’re a versatile expert across multiple mediums, tools, and client categories, seamlessly navigating diverse program challenges. You’re just as comfortable concepting big ideas as you are refining the details, and you confidently present the work to teams and clients.

You’ll also serve as a mentor and peer to designers, helping them grow in their core practice and confidence while investing energy and care into the studio's programs.

Responsibilities:

• Bring game-changing, strategic thinking to diverse assignments.
• Deliver visionary art direction and design across tech, entertainment, sports, and lifestyle for brand and digital (identity, campaigns, UX, strategy, technology).
• Lead the creation of scalable brand systems, digital guidelines, assets, toolkits, and style guides.
• Balance conceptual creativity with strategic vision.
• Mentor designers and elevate core design practices.
• Collaborate with project leads to deliver high-quality work on time and on brief.
• Inspire teams and clients beyond design execution.
• Apply cultural insights, business context, and sound reasoning to design exploration.
• Present compelling creative concepts to teams and clients.

What We’re Looking For:

• 7 years of art direction and design experience in agency and in-house roles.
• Mastery of Figma and Adobe Suite; experience with After Effects, Framer, Keyshot, and SketchUp is a plus.
• A portfolio showcasing strategic thinking, taste, and execution across brand, digital, UX, systems, and campaigns.
• Passionate art director driven by big ideas, frameworks, and culturally informed systems.
• Expertise in brand, digital design, and campaigns, balancing aesthetics with real-world impact.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments, contributing to multiple projects and deadlines with ease.

• Salary range: $90,000-$130,000
