What Youll Do
- Deliver friendly, knowledgeable support to customers by phone, email, and in person
- Answer policy and coverage questions, process changes, and resolve billing or service issues
- Help customers stay protected by identifying opportunities to cross-sell insurance products
- Support retention and renewal efforts through proactive, ongoing communication
- Maintain accurate client records and stay current on product knowledge
- Collaborate closely with team members and the agency owner to provide seamless service
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
- Experience in customer service or insurance is a plus
- Willingness to obtain a Life Insurance license (well support you!)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking ability
