Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for current policyholders
- Respond to service requests, process policy updates, and assist with billing or claims inquiries
- Identify and offer additional coverage options to existing clients through consultative conversations
- Support renewal efforts and maintain strong retention
- Collaborate with team members to meet agency goals
- Maintain accurate records and stay current on product offerings and coverage options
What You’ll Bring:

Active Property & Casualty license required
- Insurance experience (customer service, sales, or account management) preferred
- Willingness to obtain a Life Insurance license (support provided)
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and follow-through
