Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all patrons.
• Operate box office cash register, process transactions, and handle payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of concession stands and surrounding areas.
• Assist with ushering duties, including restocking facilities and tidying the auditorium.

Requirements

• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, move quickly, and lift light equipment as needed.
• Accurate cash handling and math skills essential.
• Must be at least 16 years old and meet other requirements outlined below.
