The Role: As a key member of the Cinema West team, you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of guest services, facility management, and employee coaching and encouraging.
About You: We are looking for an individual with 1 year customer service experience and 1 year employee supervisory experience. A high school diploma or some college coursework is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that each guest receives outstanding guest service by providing a guest-friendly environment.
- Perform as well as supervise duties of all areas; Concession, Box Office, Kitchen and Usher.
- Recommend, train, develop, and assess performance outcomes of floor staff on a regular basis.
- Support daily goals, tasks, and assignments.
- Answer customer questions and courteously resolve complaints.
- Daily inventory count and cash-out registers at end of shift.
- Keep the theater clean and orderly.
- Watch for safety or security issues (trip hazards, lighting, suspicious persons, etc.).
- Pour alcoholic beverages to customers and comply with state liquor laws and Cinema West policies.
