Job Description
We are seeking a customer-focused team member to join our staff at Rheem Theatre. As a key member of our crew, you will provide exceptional customer service and support in various areas of the theater.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a welcoming environment for customers as a Box Office Cashier, Usher, or Concessions/Kitchen Staff.
- Sell tickets, communicate reserved seating, show times, and theater location.
- Prepare food and drinks, and ring up sales as a Concessions/Kitchen Staff.
- Clean theaters, sweep aisles, wipe tables, and pick up trash throughout the theater as an Usher.
Requirements:
- Greet customers in a welcoming manner.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Perform duties as assigned in areas of Concession, Box office, and usher.
- Handle payment transactions and make change.
- Watch for safety or security issues.
- Other duties as assigned.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a movie theater environment, with limited lighting, fast-paced, but always welcoming. We serve others.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or G.E.D., or currently enrolled.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
