About the Role:
The Theatre Team Member is responsible for providing exceptional Guest service by greeting, assisting, and thanking every Guest that enters our theatre. This includes operating the POS system, verifying tickets, and ensuring tickets are sold in accordance with our policies.
A successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, remain calm under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude while interacting with Guests and colleagues.
