What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Development Assistant Manager Role position at Cinemark?

Key Responsibilities:
- Supports the General Manager's decisions in communication with staff members
- Assists in preparing administrative and special reports for the General Manager
- Participates in inspections of the theatre building, parking lot, landscaping, Cinemark property, roof, and exterior signage
- Reports any necessary building, property, or equipment repairs to the General Manager
Requirements:
- Degree in any field (a graduate degree is preferred)
- Completion of three basic courses within Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program
- Basic food handling training and local or state mandated certification, health card, or food handlers permit where required
- Safe Alcohol Service training program for management members working with alcohol
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A strong and energetic attitude during each shift
- Accurate cash handling and basic math skills
- Effective and regular conversation and comprehension in English
