Cinemark Assistant Manager
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. This role plays a crucial part in the overall operation of the theatre, ensuring policies and procedures are followed and operational standards are achieved.
Responsibilities:
- Supports General Manager's decisions in communication with staff
- Assists in preparing administrative and special reports for the General Manager
- Observes and participates in inspections of the theatre building, parking lot, landscaping, Cinemark property, roof, and exterior signage
- Reports the need for building, property, and equipment repairs to the General Manager
Requirements:
- Degree in any field (D. graduate preferred)
- Completion of three basic courses within Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program
- Basic food handling training and local or state mandated certification, health card, or food handlers permit where required
- Safe Alcohol Service training program for management members working with alcohol
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift
- Accurate cash handling and basic math skills
- Effective and regular conversation and comprehension in English
