This role is a hybrid interior design, sales, client facing role.

CinemaTech’s Core Focus:

Due to continued growth, we seek to hire a full-time Sales Consultant. The position will be based in Dania Beach, Florida, CinemaTech Experience Center. Start date is to be determined.

CinemaTech is willing to support a relocation cost for the ideal candidate. Candidates from NY and Texas are encouraged to apply.

Territory: Florida primarily as well as Mid Atlantic and NE particularly NY, NJ.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Technical and Interior Design Skills: Position will interview and interact with CinemaTech Audio Video Dealers, potential Dealers, and design community as well as uber high net worth clients. Candidate will be able to create Auto-CAD drawing seats including floorplans, elevations, seating layouts, electrical.
  • Sales Orientated - Proactive and Charismatic Communication: The candidate needs to be an excellent communicator, able to engage and persuade various stakeholders.
  • Strong Relationship Building: Must excel in creating and maintaining relationships, both with existing accounts and new clients. Servant Leadership.
  • Candidate will be required to have Auto Cad., or Sketchup Skills or similar competence to support sales and design efforts.
  • Proactive and takes initiative
  • Organizational Skills: Must be able to stay organized, follow up, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Independence and Self-Sufficiency: The role offers freedom and autonomy, requiring someone who can work effectively without constant oversight.
  • Balance of Current and New Relationships: Needs to value existing relationships while also focusing on acquiring new accounts.
  • Deal-Making Skills: Should be adept at structuring deals that are beneficial for all parties involved – CinemaTech Partner – Audio Video Dealer, Mr. & Mrs. Client and CinemaTech.
  • High Performance and Positive Attitude: Aims for elevated levels of performance and maintains a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Resilience Under Pressure: Can work effectively under pressure and quickly recover from setbacks.
  • Consultative Sales Approach: Should use a consultative approach in sales, focusing on what is best for Client and CinemaTech partners.
  • Travel and Flexibility: The position requires travel within the territory with overnight travel typically lasting 1 - 3 nights once or twice a month. However, “emergency” unplanned meeting should be expected.
  • Main KPIs: Growing current accounts, acquiring new accounts, and developing relationships. The position will report to Alexandria Baker. Increasing bookings from inherited territory is an absolute must and how you will be reviewed.
  • Location: Position will office out of the CinemaTech Dania Beach, FL Experience Center. When not traveling to clients/site visit our other business roles, you are expected to office at Experience Center.


This role is well-suited for a dynamic, driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about quality sales, relationship building, and has a passion for excellence in design and residential building.

Specific Compensation for Candidate:

  • Compensation: Base annual salary of $80,000.00
  • Monthly Commission based on closed sales.
  • All legitimate business expenses that are incurred while working will be reimbursed. Any significant expenses (airfare, hotels etc.) should be approved prior to being incurred.

  • Contract start date to be determined.
