Work location: Home Office 1303 Yonge St City: Toronto What you will do: We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Account Manager to join our team, reporting to the Executive Director, Account Services. The Senior Account Manager is responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives by promoting and selling Cineplex Digital Media’s (CDM) experience led, digital signage solutions using well-honed, professional sales techniques. The Senior Account Manager achieves assigned revenue growth goals through effective pipeline management, opportunity and solution development, customer facing communications, value creation, contract development and negotiation. Responsibilities will include: Manage assigned business plan through the retention and growth of designated accounts Identify and aggressively develop revenue growth opportunities to ensure plan objectives are achieved Collaborate with cross-functional groups to understand customer requirements and promote CDM service offerings Prepare and deliver customer facing presentations to position CDM solutions/services and compelling value propositions to customers Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate existing accounts and generate new revenue streams Initiate and build strong partnerships with customers to identify and develop retention and growth strategies Establish and cultivate relationships with multiple customer decision makers, including C-level, to gain consensus on CDM offerings Document revenue opportunities and account strategies in CRM application as required Apply a strong understanding of customers’ business models and structure to outline appropriate sales processes for developing comprehensive technology and pricing proposals Demonstrate an understanding of the customer technology processes within customers’ organization or industries and leverages this knowledge to develop account strategies that address and create value for the customer and position CDM as the supplier of choice Collect information regarding customer KPI’s to create strategies that match CDM capabilities to customer needs and tie back to customers’ performance criteria Tracking of P&Ls, managing forecasts & budget targets, including costs and effort to hit margin targets Create key financial reports pertaining to portfolio & team performance to be shared with executive team Provide sales direction and strategy to the direct reports to promote information sharing on customer accounts, industry trends, and competitive environment. Manage direct reports and people processes (e.g., Performance Management, Career Development, Succession Planning, Salary Administration, Training, Staffing, etc.) to ensure the day to day administration of processes and formal procedures. What You Need for Success: University or College Degree in relevant discipline 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in technology sales/consulting or at an advertising agency, digital marketing and/or media agency What Sets You Apart: Proven ability to create and foster strategic client relationships at the mid and executive levels that unlocks revenue opportunities Robust financial acumen that can translate data points into actionable insights Demonstrated strong leadership skills (Ability to lead a high performing team) Sense of urgency and the ability to handle multiple projects with ease Effective written, oral and presentation skills Proactive, motivated and resourceful individual Detail oriented and an aptitude for technology Exceptionally organized and able to prioritize quickly Knowledge of digital signage, experiential and/or digital marketing, digital media or media sales would be considered an asset Become part of our award-winning culture!
