Job Title: AWS DevOps Tech Lead
Location: Plano, TX - Hybrid
Duration: Long Term
Qualifications:
15 years of total experience and 5 years of Lead experience
Expert in DevOps roles with a strong background in AWS infrastructure management.
Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of engineers in a DevOps environment.
Advanced knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch.
Hands-on experience with building and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, GitLab, or CircleCI.
Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or similar tools.
Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or Bash, and experience with configuration management tools like Ansible or Chef.
Experience with monitoring and alerting tools such as AWS CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
Familiarity with AWS security best practices, IAM roles/policies, and securing cloud environments.
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues across the stack.
Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
