Cineverse’s OTT Partnerships & Sales Department is searching for an Manager, Digital Sales & Partnerships based in the Los Angeles area. This position will primarily support our Executive Directors of Digital Sales & Partnerships. The role will be a key player in helping with day-to-day management of various digital accounts, keeping the team and its workflow systems organized and contributing to various collaborative team initiatives.
Responsibilities / Duties :
Help maintain strong existing client relationships.
Research and connect the Digital Sales team with potential new clients.
Create Deal Summary document and hand-off material.
Assist in the management of Avails, PowerPoint Presentations and other pitch materials for Digital Accounts, Internal / External Meetings, and New Business Partners
Power user and team CRM manager (Zoho) for updated contacts and email executions
Become a resource of Cineverse content, knowledge of our Catalog, NR and Channel offerings.
Assist in putting together Weekly Digital Sales reports, Title Performance reports, Quarterly reports, Fiscal reports and other data.
Data-baked strategic thinking, to interpret trends, and contribute to activate new initiatives.
Liaise with the Marketing team to maximize awareness on upcoming titles via social media, ad buys, trailers, clips, and other marketing tactics.
Help liaise with Production / Operations team to ensure that all titles for select accounts are submitted / delivered when applicable.
Research competitive titles and trends in the marketplace
Assist in various special projects as needed.
Work with 3rd party channel partners on gathering and delivering assets
Minimum Qualifications & Skills :
Highly organized, efficient and detail-oriented and strong communication skills (shy need not apply)
Ability to be a strong and solid support system to a team of busy Sales Executives
Ability to think creatively and independently, as well as collaboratively
Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills
Enthusiastic, outgoing, helpful, self-sufficient, proactive and positive attitude
Strong people skills and a team player and always selling
A passion for Film / Television and knowledge of the Digital / On Demand industry
Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential, especially Excel and PowerPoint and 1-2 years working with a CRM tool
Bachelor’s Degree
3 years of Sales or Marketing experience at a media company or digital provider preferred
2-3 years experience at distribution or digital distribution or content company
