Cinfed is searching for a Membership and IRA Specialist based in Cincinnati, OH at the Oakley Headquarters.
In this position, you will be responsible for :
- Implementation of effective Credit Union membership / IRA policies, procedures, and planning.
- The effective and efficient monitoring and review of Credit Union membership / IRA functions.
- Training, support, and compliance of procedures for Credit Union membership / IRA functions.
- Ensuring that professional business relations exist with members, vendors, and trade professionals.
- Establishing and maintaining effective communication, coordination, and working relations with Credit Union personnel and with management.
Ideal Candidate :
- Strong decision-making skills and aptitude for detailed work
- Good project management skills
- Well organized
- Able to meet deadlines
Required Experience :
- A high school education or equivalent education is required
- Must have a thorough knowledge of Credit Union membership, as well as knowledge of other Credit Union products and services and applicable policies and standards
- At least one year to three years of similar or related experience
