Position Overview:

As a Crew Member, you’ll be the face of Cinnabon, ensuring each guest receives an unforgettable experience. Whether you’re crafting delicious Cinnabon rolls, creating beverages, or assisting customers with a smile, your role is vital in maintaining our brand’s reputation for quality and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service Excellence: Greet customers with a warm, friendly attitude and provide exceptional service by answering questions, taking orders, and delivering orders in a timely manner.
• Baking & Food Preparation: Follow Cinnabon’s signature recipes and procedures to bake fresh, delicious cinnamon rolls and other menu items to perfection. Ensure consistent quality and presentation.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with your fellow team members to maintain an efficient and organized store environment. Collaborate to meet daily goals and deliver a high standard of service.
• Product Knowledge: Be knowledgeable about the menu, including new and seasonal offerings, so you can make helpful recommendations and provide a personalized customer experience.
• Cleanliness & Food Safety: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to all company and health regulations, including food safety standards. Keep the bakery area stocked and tidy throughout the shift.
• Cash Handling & Register: Accurately process customer payments using our point-of-sale system and handle cash transactions with care.
• Inventory Management: Assist with receiving deliveries and stock organization, ensuring we have what we need to keep the store running smoothly.

While we offer flexible hours to fit your life, candidates who are available for weekday closing shifts (typically from 4 PM to closing) will be given priority. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

• Previous Experience: While previous experience in food service or retail is a plus, it’s not required. We are happy to provide training for the right candidate with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and fellow team members.
• Passion for delivering high-quality food and exceptional service.
