Cinnamon Hills Youth Crisis Center offers a rewarding YOUTH MENTOR role for those with a passion for making a difference in the lives of at-risk youth.
As a YOUTH MENTOR, you will provide for the care, welfare, safety, and security for students, while assisting in resolving behavior problems. You will be doing well by doing good!

PAY: $16.00-$19.00 per hour Overtime

MENTOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensuring student welfare, safety, and security.
- FIRST AID.
- Nonviolent crisis intervention.
- Assisting in resolving student behavior problems.
- Transporting students when necessary.
- Documentation of over-the-counter medication.
- Other assigned duties.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Age: 21 years or older.
- Care: Provide for the care, welfare, safety, and security of students
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Clearances: Background screening, drug & alcohol screening, TB screening.
- Experience: Working with teenagers and prior residential treatment experience preferred.

ABOUT CINNAMON HILLS:
Cinnamon Hills is a residential treatment program for at-risk children ages 12 – 17 whose physical, mental, mental health challenges impede their ability to succeed in school and in life.
Our program structure and well-trained staff work together to ensure an environment that is safe and conducive to participating in the full scope of academic and therapeutic services so that each student has the tools necessary to succeed.

Sunday – 8 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Monday – Off
Tuesday – 7 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Wednesday – 7 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Thursday – 7 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Friday – 7 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Saturday – Off
WEEK 2:
Sunday – Off
Monday – 7 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Tuesday – 2:15 p.m. – 10 p.m.
Wednesday – 2:15 p.m. – 10 p.m.
Thursday – Off
Friday – 3 p.m. – 10 p.m.
Saturday – 8 a.m. – 10 p.m.
