This new role will play a crucial part in our mission to develop strong leadership and support underserved communities through comprehensive learning and development programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement leadership and development programs aligned with our mission and goals.
- Create learning solutions that drive individual and team growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed learning into our organization’s culture.
- Build and deliver programs that address the unique needs of our patients and communities, emphasizing empowerment and holistic care.
- Proven experience in Learning & Development, preferably in a healthcare or community-focused environment.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement programs from the ground up.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to drive initiatives across multiple teams.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
- Commitment to empowering underserved communities through educational and developmental initiatives.
The Manager of Learning & Development should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- 5 years of demonstrated expertise in L&D – at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to relay difficult concepts at all levels of the organization
- Thorough knowledge of and demonstrated ability to apply adult learning theories, best-in-class learning technologies, and modern instructional design methodologies
- Experience in building and delivering training materials as well as coordinating with outside vendors
- High proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
- High proficiency in Learning Management Systems
- Ability to travel as needed to other CINQCARE locations.
