You'll join a group of passionate professionals dedicated to acquiring, retaining and growing MRA and Tech-enabled MRA customers. Your main role will involve acquiring new business in the Market Research industry.

In California, Colorado, New York City and Washington, the anticipated pay range for this role is $85,000 to $110,00 annual base salary with on target annual commission of $68,000 - $88,000. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, New York City and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations. In addition, this position is also eligible for the following benefits:

The Opportunity
Cint is on the lookout for a Business Development Manager to become an integral part of our dynamic Agency Key Accounts US commercial team. You'll join a group of passionate professionals dedicated to acquiring, retaining and growing MRA and Tech-enabled MRA customers. Your main role will involve acquiring new business in the Market Research industry.
What You Will Do
- Direct the full sales cycle from inception to close.
- Be a hunter by discovering and facilitating your own leads utilizing online and offline resources.
- Partner with a Sales Development Representative to define an effective outreach strategy and leads qualifying process.
- Act as a true consultative business partner, identifying client pain points, and recommending solutions from Cint’s product suite (from ad-hoc services, to enterprise software & API solutions)
- Be able to confidently communicate Cint value propositions to customers’ business goals.
- Develop & nurture strong relationships with customers whilst developing network with key business stakeholders to activate, scale and grow revenue.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Work closely with cross-functional internal teams including Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Project Managers etc.
- Achieve quarterly goals while keeping clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services.
- Effectively maintain your pipeline using our CRM (Salesforce)
- Forecast and track key account metrics
What We Are Looking For
- 3-5 years of sales experience in the Consumer Insights space / MRA / SaaS within the US market
- Ability to thrive in a performance-oriented environment with short sales cycles.
- Adept at qualifying leads, reaching the right contact, prioritizing the pipeline, and closing the deal.
- Track record of hitting and over-achieving commercial targets.
- Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers.
- Accountable (one of our core values), with a passion for going the extra mile for clients.
- Proven ability to engage across corporate functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer
- Support, Professional Services, and Product Management).
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
- Passion for technology, with the ability to use, demonstrate, and speak about new disruptive technologies to clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Most importantly, we are looking for a hungry, organised and eager person, who is enthusiastic about working in sales.
