The position involves the on-site management of commercial construction projects ranging in cost from $5 million to $30 million. Projects are generally in the Greater Cincinnati / Tri-State Area. Periodic regional travel to project sites may be required. The position requires working from the main office location in Cincinnati, OH.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Project planning / scheduling.
- Project Leadership, control, and documentation
- Project cost control, cost tracking, and budgeting
- Material purchasing / negotiating
- Subcontractor / supplier solicitation
- Quantity take-offs
- Contracts and Purchase Orders
- Shop Drawing review and material submittal processing
- Chairing project meetings and producing minutes
- Daily progress and monitoring of projects along with management of site superintendents and subcontractors / suppliers.
- Invoice and time sheet review / approval.
- Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years in the commercial construction industry.
- Preferred four year degree in construction management or civil/mechanical engineering.
- Candidate should excel in working collaboratively with clients, subcontractors, architects, local building authorities, and other professionals.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Knowledge with Procore preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong leadership ability.
