Our client is seeking an International Freight Forwarder.
- Working Location: Wilmington, CA (onsite)
- Salary Range: DOE (20-30 per hr.) full benefits
- Regular Working Hour : 8-5
- Client: Logistics and transportation

Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry, Check Shipments status
- Coordinate shipments with Clients & Vendors
- Assisting Operation Team
- Shipping Coordination: They organize the most efficient and cost-effective way to transport goods, whether by sea, air, road, or rail.
- Customs Clearance: They handle customs documentation and ensure compliance with import/export regulations in both the origin and destination countries.
- Cargo Insurance: Freight forwarders can arrange insurance to protect goods during transit.
- Documentation Handling: They manage the necessary paperwork, such as bills of lading, invoices, and customs forms.
- Warehousing: Some freight forwarders offer temporary storage facilities to hold goods until they are ready to be shipped or delivered.
- Consolidation: They may combine smaller shipments into one larger shipment to reduce transportation costs.
- Tracking & Communication: Freight forwarders track the shipment throughout its journey and provide updates to the shipper.
Requirements & Qualification:
- Must have office work experience with basic PC skills
- Bilingual (English/Japanese) in verbal communication, writing ability preferred.
Skills :
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, carriers, and customs authorities.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure accuracy in documentation and shipment details.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in handling delays or customs-related issues.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously.
