Job Overview
 
  1. We are seeking a motivated and skilled Technical Sales Representative to drive revenue growth by introducing and expanding the market for our innovative products and services in the United States. This role focuses on developing relationships with key stakeholders across public and private sectors, targeting mobility markets and adjacent industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to balance technical acumen with strategic sales initiatives to establish company as a leader in the market.
  2. KEY DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
 
    1. Sales and Revenue Growth
      • Actively pursue revenue generation by promoting and selling company's diverse range of products, including Validators, Content Management Platforms, Passenger Information Displays, Ticket Vending Machines, and more.
      • Establish and nurture relationships with clients in both public and private sectors.
    2. Market Targeting and Expansion
      • Focus on mobility markets such as buses, railways, ferries, trucks, and their neighboring markets, including bus terminals, train stations, airports, and parking facilities.
      • Explore opportunities in high-traffic venues like universities, shopping malls, and office spaces.
    3. Business Development
      • Investigate contractors awarded relevant projects in the past, establish relationships, and pursue new business opportunities.
      • Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate untapped markets and expand sales channels through trade shows, seminars, and product demonstrations.
    4. Market Research and Analysis
      • Conduct market research to understand trends, regulations, pricing, competitors, and industry challenges.
      • Identify strengths and weaknesses and create actionable business plans to support growth.
    5. Project Evaluation and Proposal Management
      • Analyze RFP documents to determine opportunities and assess feasibility.
      • Address project requirements by corresponding with stakeholders, identifying potential issues, and preparing accurate quotations.
    6. Customer Engagement
      • Provide detailed technical support to clients, ensuring their requirements are met and aligning solutions with their needs.
      • Represent the company professionally at industry events and meetings to foster client relationships
Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Proven sales experience in technical or mobility-related industries.
    • Strong understanding of mobility markets and adjacent sectors, including relevant technologies and regulatory frameworks.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Experience reading and interpreting RFPs and developing proposals.
