Position Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Solar Fencing Construction Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our commercial fencing construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing both in-house and subcontracted crews, ensuring efficient operation and high-quality output. Daily interaction, deconfliction, and reporting with the customer project site team are crucial components of this role. The General Foreman will be the main point of contact onsite, ensuring that all parties are aligned and that project milestones are met on time and within budget.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Oversee and manage all onsite activities for commercial fencing projects, ensuring they are completed to a high standard, on time, and within budget.Manage and coordinate multiple General Foreman and both in-house and subcontracted crews, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.Utilize Procore for project management, including scheduling, documentation, and real-time communication with all stakeholders.Serve as the primary onsite contact for the customer project site team, engaging in daily interaction, deconfliction, and reporting.Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards and regulations.Troubleshoot and resolve onsite issues promptly, minimizing delays and impacts on the project.Receive, inspect, unload, document, and report delivery of project materials for construction, logistics, and financial requirements.Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor project progress and address any concerns.Provide leadership and direction to the onsite team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Prepare and submit daily reports on project status, workforce performance, and any critical incidents.Requirements :
Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) as a Construction Manager in the commercial fencing construction industry.MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVELOSHA 30Strong knowledge and experience with Procore project management software.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage and coordinate multiple crews and subcontractors effectively.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve conflicts effectively.Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in the construction industry.Ability to work onsite and be the primary point of contact for the project team.High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in construction management is a plus.Physical Requirements :
Ability to lift and carry heavy materials, tools, and equipment (up to 50 pounds or more).Must be able to traverse irregular and steep terrain.Endurance to perform physical tasks throughout the workday, including bending, stopping, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.Agility and flexibility to navigate construction sites and access work areas, including climbing ladders and scaffolding.Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) most of the day.Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions.Must have manual dexterity, a good sense of balance, and excellent hand-eye coordination.Benefits :
