Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Responsibilities:
- File warranty claims daily.
- Ensure warranty claims are compliant in accordance with the Ciocca Automotive warranty process guidelines.
- Meet with GM and Service Manager weekly to review warranty schedule.
- Notify service manager of any compliance issues prior to submitting claims.
- Assist service manager in training service advisors and technicians on warranty compliance.
- Monitor parts return requests with parts manager.
