- Greet and consult with the customer on applicable service needs
- Perform vehicle walk around and documentation of customer concerns to enable the technician to properly diagnose and service the vehicle
- Document declines for services and ask for follow-up on future service considerations.
- Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
- Build and maintain relationship with the customer
- Automotive Service Advisor experience in a dealership setting required
- Strong communication skills to deal with customers and employees
- Proficient computer skills
- Positive, can-do attitude
- MUST be willing to adapt to Ciocca culture, processes, and procedures
