What we are looking for:
- Experience as an Automotive Technician
- PA Emissions and State Inspection Licenses
- Valid PA Driver’s License
- CDL license preferred but not required
- Integrity, Positive attitude and Strong work ethic
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail, willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Being Highly Organized
- Maintain work area in a clean and orderly manner
- Willing to Learn train and grow, Being Receptive to New Ideas
- Knowledge and skill for engine and transmission repairs
- Willingness to make money

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Performing service inspections ( MPI's ) on customer's Vehicles while documenting clearly all recommended work, which will then inform our Service Advisor in properly communicating those recommendations to our customers.
- Examines customer vehicles in a timely fashion
- Providing proper quotes and availability of all parts required to repair customer's vehicles.
- Adhering to manufacturer's policies and procedures on all warranty and service contracts & repairs
- Maintains Customer Satisfaction Scores at or above manufacture's standards
- Performs services efficiently and according to dealership guidelines
- Conduct extensive diagnostic procedures to determine the sources of customers’ problems and provide accurate repair recommendations.
- Inspect vehicles according to the state’s requirements for emissions and safety
- Performing all vehicle repairs and maintenance requirements approved by our customers
- Take vehicles for test drives before and after repairs to verify complaint correction.
- Maintain legible and accurate paperwork for both the customer and for our records
- Follows Safeguards rules and regulations
- Must have own tools & tool box.
