Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assume responsibility of profitability of the sales/finance departments
- Assist in developing and executing a strategic plan to achieve monthly and annual forecasts
- Manage new and preowned inventory levels, gross profit generation, and sales volume
- Maintain OEM relationships and knowledge of all OEM programs
- Maintain a strong focus on satisfaction of all customers
- Engage and motivate the team to achieve goals and performance expectations
- Hire, train, mentor, support and monitor the performance of the sales/finance staff
- Overnight travel not required, but distance between stores can exceed 2 hours.
Qualifications include but are not limited to:
- At least 2 years Automotive Management experience required
- Domestic Franchise Experience required
- Experience in maintaining the profitability of the sales department while controlling expenses and sustaining customer satisfaction
- Experience managing multiple rooftops
- Strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees, and vendors
- MUST be willing to adapt to Ciocca culture, processes, and procedures
- Preference will be given to applicants who reside in the local area or surrounding regions.
