JANITORIAL DAY FLOATER CLEANER
- MONDAY - FRIDAY, WEEKENDS AVAILABLE OR AS NEEDED
- HOURS: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM RANGE BASED ON AVAILABILITY AND BUILDING NEEDS
- $100.00 90 DAY PERFECT ATTENDANCE BONUS
- $300.00 REFERRAL BONUS PROGRAM
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of floors and stairs
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
- Cleaning sinks, counter tops in break rooms
- Restocking supplies in bathrooms, break rooms and common areas
- Emptying all trash cans and replacing liners, cleaning receptacles as necessary
- Dusting and cleaning office desks and furniture that are not cluttered
- Cleaning windowsills and vents
- Maintaining janitor closets in a clean, organized and safe manner
- Traveling to multiple job sites in company vehicle during the shift
SKILLS:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good client/customer service skills
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to work with a team or independently as needed
- Willingness to learn
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid Driver’s License REQUIRED
- Clean Driving Record and able to pass Company Insurance Eligibility Criteria
- Acceptable Criminal Background Check
- Acceptable Drug Screen
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Routine walking, standing, bending and carrying items weighing up to 30 pounds
SUMMARY
As a Day Floater, you will be an essential member of our custodial team, responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various facilities. Reporting to the Operations Manager, your core skills in commercial cleaning experience will ensure a pristine environment for our clients. Your strong communication skills and customer service orientation will enhance client satisfaction, while your relevant skills in maintenance and industrial cleaning will support our operational efficiency.
