PROJECT MANAGER - WATER AND FIRE RESTORATION

ONCALL WEEKENDS FOR EMERGENCY MITIGATION SERVICES

JOB SUMMARY:

This position oversees all aspects of mitigation claims. Responsibilities include Managing and estimating water and fire loss claims, directing mitigation staff and subcontractors while ensuring customer satisfaction and completion of projects.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Daily job responsibilities/functions to include, but not limited to:
• Prepare an accurate scope of work for projects
• Prepare accurate project estimates
• Recommend and take action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems
• Coordinate project repairs and schedule
• Manage technicians and subcontractors
• Work with insurance companies and property owners
• Manage all components of project budget including labor expense, equipment, and supply purchases.
• Maintain open communication with customers, employees and subcontractors
• Follow-up on customer inquiries and questions
• Establish and maintain good relationships with insurance companies
• Ensure adherence to company standards and quality
• Complete all paperwork
• Facilitate collection of monies from insurance companies & property owners

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 years of fire and water restoration Experience (preferred)
• IICRC Certifications- WRT and ASD
• General construction knowledge
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Customer service experience (preferred)
• Ability to prioritize and manage time
• Valid Driver’s License (Required)
• Acceptable Criminal Background Check (Required)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

This work requires routine walking, standing, bending, climbing, carrying items weighing up to fifty pounds and working in inclement weather.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
