Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Inspect and evaluate vehicle body damage, including structural and cosmetic issues, and perform repairs such as frame straightening, dent removal, and panel replacement, following OEM specifications to ensure repairs are accurate and safe.
- Replace damaged body parts, such as doors, bumpers, and fenders, with parts to maintain the vehicles integrity and ensure repairs meet manufacturer standards.
- Realign car frames and repair structural damage
- Communicate clearly and professionally with all team members
- Adhere to safety protocols, OEM guidelines, and industry best practices during all repair and refinishing work to ensure that vehicles are restored to their original quality, safety, and performance standards.
Qualifications include but are not limited to:
- Completion of an automotive collision repair program; certifications such as ASE or I-CAR preferred.
- Proven experience in body repair, painting, and refinishing, with proficiency in using repair tools
- Strong attention to detail, ability to assess damage, and ensure repairs meet safety and OEM standards.
- Ability to work in physically demanding conditions and familiarity with safety procedures, environmental regulations, and shop safety protocols.
- Valid drivers license
